Preparation

• Update North Star, Key Result progress, and financials (monthly)
• The owner of each Key Result writes a short summary of the progress including choosing a colour status:
  • RED - going to miss target without drastic action
  • YELLOW - unlikely to hit target
  • GREEN - on track to meet target

Format

• Review North Star
• Review OKRs for the current period - the owner of each KR provides an update on progress
• Review financials (monthly)
• Discuss agenda items
• Retrospective
